Today's #headline of the Stuttgarter Zeitung admits that there are less #chances for the #unemployed now (please read the full article called "Weniger Chancen für Arbeitslose", first page).
The #problem exists due to the immense loss of #workplaces in the #automotive #sector.
To make things worse: "they" #invest rather in #warforce and #warmachinery instead of in #peace, #consulting and #international #networking.
It is absolutely #necessary that we invest in #people and not in #machines, nor in #KI nor #robots that kill #humans.
We can #stop this #horrible #trend #RIGHTNOW. Please #help us to be #successful #together.
#Germany has such a #large #potential and disposes of very #well-trained #people. We just have to #open #wide: #open our #eyes and #start to #communicate.
No more #fear. That is the main #problem #Germany has: the #old and #manifested #GERMAN #ANGST.

Andrea Nahles, the boss of the #German #employment #agency is #right when saying that it is #crucial to further #invest in #qualifications and in #placement #services.
I would #suggest that the #market gets more #open towards #freelance #positions and #projects that are #limited in #Time or rather #duration - so that #unemployed #workforce is not "let down".
#down the #staircase I mean by this. Because we are #Christians and no "Freimaurer" guys.
It can have #horrible #consequences for a #person, a #family and - as we #name it - for the whole #nation, if no #job #offers are #available any longer.
So there you have it:
#Invest in #Human #Resource #Management, in #study #courses, in #online #trainings, in #freelance #support or other "Time and Material" #helpers (please ask your #company's #Controller for the right #definition). #Invest in #projects that offer #unemployed #people a #chance and a #fresh and #unconditional #look at their #skills and at their #possibilities. So they can #enrich them with (#groundbraking) #new and (of #utmost #important) #valuable #knowledge.
Let the #people learn #languages. Send them #abroad for #international #assignments.
But PLEASE #stop them of being #unemployed!!!
